Big Thunder Mountain Railroad closing for Refurbishment

If you are a fan of the runaway train ride Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Disney’s Magic Kingdom, then you’ll want to know that there is a very lengthy refurbishment scheduled from August 8th- November 18th of this year. We know it’s always a disappointment when you visit Disney and your favorite ride isn’t operating, but you can always rest assured you’ll have a blast on one of Disney’s other rollercoasters at Magic Kingdom. Check out the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Space Mountain or even Goofy’s Barnstormer instead!
