Paddlefish, formerly Fulton’s Crab House, just reopened from a major refurbishment and now it’s Portobello’s turn. News coming out of Walt Disney World is that Portobello will be closing after dinner service on April 23rd, 2017 and will not reopen until Fall 2017.
When the updated restaurant reopens, it will feature an authentic Italian concept, including a family-style menu along with craft beers and wines. The new menu will be developed by James Beard Award-winner Chef, Tony Mantuano. Mantuano currently owns several dining establishments in Chicago, Illinois.
Portobello and Paddlefish are both owned by Levy Restaurants and are side-by-side in The Landing at Disney Springs.
