Disney World is starting to reveal the fantastic details of its Christmas 2017 celebrations including a series of fun Holiday-themed enhancements over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Dubbed the “Flurry of Fun” plans for this year’s Hollywood Studios’ Christmas festivities include:
Sunset Seasons Greetings – In addition to the return of the much loved Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! evening show featuring state-of-the-art projections, pyrotechnics and dazzling special effects, Hollywood Studios will also be offering another projection show on Sunset Boulevard including the Hollywood Tower Hotel. Highlights of the show will include a projection show on the Tower featuring Toy Stoy characters, Minnie and Minnie in a Norman Rockwell-inspired vignette, The Muppets as well as everyone’s favorite snowman Olaf! The show will run each evening from November 9th until December 31st.
Olaf to Appear in For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration – In a special holiday treat for Frozen fans, Olaf will also be joining the other much-loved characters at the singalong. The holiday version of the show will feature Disney’s new animated short film “Olaf’s Frozen Adventure” which will culminate in an appearance by Olaf himself!
New Echo Lake Christmas Decorations – This holiday season, the Echo Lake area of Hollywood Studios will also receive a Christmas inspired facelift which will include a colossal Christmas tree, giant ornaments and most importantly a special Santa hat for Gertie the Dinosaur.
We hope you are as excited as we are about seeing all of these wonderful Christmas transformations take place not only at Hollywood Studios but throughout Walt Disney World Resort.
