ABC To Air Broadway Special!

ABC will be airing a new special centered on its Broadway productions in “Backstage with Disney on Broadway: Celebrating 20 Years which will be hosted by the hilarious Jesse Tyler Ferguson from the channel’s hit TV series Modern Family. It’s a one hour special produced by Lincoln Square Productions and will showcase some of Disney’s most amazing Musicals like Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Tarzan, AIDA, Newsies, Aladdin and more!

It will also future music from the hit musicals including performances from the legendary Elton John, Sam Palladio and Clare Bowen from ABC’s Nashville and Ashley Brown and Adam Jacobs who both star in some of the lovely Broadway productions. It will air Sunday, Dec 14th at 7 pm ET (In place of that night’s episode of America’s Funniest Home Videos) Be sure to be on the lookout for this spectacular special that only Disney could create!
