The 2018 Disneyland Paris Magic Run Weekend is taking place September 20th through the 23rd. It will feature four races along with two new challenges. The winning medals have been revealed and highlight some of your favorite Disney villains as well as the classic Sorcerer Mickey Mouse. These medals look absolutely stunning!
Meet the medals! The Disneyland Paris 5K finisher medal features Thanos from the Marvel Universe. The 10K run medal showcases Pain and Panic from “Hercules” while the Disneyland Paris-Val d’Europe Half Marathon finishers will receive a a beautiful Sorcerer Mickey and Sleeping Beauty Castle. Aren’t they gorgeous?
The Disneyland Paris Run weekend will feature a new opportunity this year! Runners can take on up to three challenges. The Maleficent medal will be presented to finishers of both the 10K and the Half Marathon. Those runners that brave all three races, the 5K, 10K and Half Marathon will receive a medal featuring Maleficent after her dragon transformation! Finally, runners who finish Disneyland Paris’ Half Marathon and one of the Half Marathons or Marathon races at the Walt Disney World Resort within the same calendar year will earn the Castle to Chateau Challenge medal.
